Fixed term or secondment until May 2013 to provide maternity cover

The Funding and Partnerships Officer plays a key role in exploring, disseminating, and developing the opportunities provided by external funding. This role leads on the Council’s approach to securing external funding from sources such as the Big Lottery, European Union and central government departments. Your insight, technical expertise and ability to forge partnerships both internally and externally will be essential.

With significant experience of preparing bids, identifying funding opportunities and facilitating joint working you will be comfortable working independently and capable at prioritising efforts towards best effect.

The role is located within the Economic Development Team, Policy and Partnerships Unit based at Kensington Town Hall.
